There’s nothing that I love more than a comfortable outfit that’s dressy.
I LOVE a dressy outfit.
A good heel, a streamlined coat, a delicate bag…
I love it.
Give me all the fancy schmancy clothing you have, thank you.
But I also may be the laziest “always dressing up” girl in existence. I want to look polished, classic, and modern. But I also crave comfort more than anything else with my clothing. If I’m constantly fidgeting with my clothes, if I’m constantly readjusting things, I drive myself mad. And let me tell you that being mad doesn’t help when you’re already prone to dramatic bitch face…
Long story short, I hate to be uncomfortable.
So when it comes to a daily uniform I can really subscribe to, while it needs to be dressy and polished, it also needs to be comfortable. The comfier the better, really.
And the more likely I am to actually wear it.
And that’s where today’s look comes in.
My easy, go-everywhere, do-everything outfit. The sort of outfit I can wear to just about any meeting and feel comfortable, polished, and approachable… all while being insanely comfortable (once I broke in the heels, of course).
An easy, elegant blouse. A denim skirt (with pockets!). And a few chic accessories to take the look up a notch.
