I’ll be honest…
Since I’ve been back from London, the jet lag has been REAL.
So very, very real.
I’m not sure if it was all the delicious nibbles we discovered on our trip: Or the fact that Hubby and I never seemed to adjust to London’s time zone in the first place but…
I’ve been seeing 4 am WAY too much lately. And subsequently passing out at 7 pm on the nose every night.
Which points to a very obvious solution.
One so intuitive it seems almost like a natural extension of the root problem…
It’s already time to go back to London.
Obviously, right?
