For some reason every Autumn, my entire wardrobe becomes rather… academic. All I seem to want to wear are gold-buttoned blazers, blanket scarves, practical flats, and plenty of layers. Oh, and this adorable book clutch from Kate Spade (I love it so much I even bought the matching iPad cover too).
After years spent wearing school uniforms or “scholastic” ensembles throughout fall I guess it’s just old habit. That or the fact that I almost always reread Harry Potter this time of year which inevitably has an effect on my wardrobe — remember my Hogwarts Chic post last October?
Do you opt for scholastic looks this time of year too?
