Happy National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day! Last year I snagged this sparkly sweater in Asos’s after-Christmas sale for $15 and had to wait all year before debuting it. I like to think of it as the ‘puggly’ version of this iconic Christmas sweater:
If Colin Firth thinks it’s a good idea, I certainly won’t argue! And while I feel like we all know ugly Christmas sweaters don’t actually looks good on anyone (ugly is part of the point after all) it’s a fun new tradition that truly does seem to bring a lot of merriness to the season. Every year I see more and more people participating! And I’m a sucker for any Christmas tradition that makes you laugh (and any holiday I can include pugs in). So I’m wearing this puggy sweater loud and proud today! ‘Tis the season for sweets, sequins and squishy pug faces after all!
